Despite a few minor hiccups, our stay at Tanoa was pleasant. The central location allowed us to easily explore the city and visit nearby restaurants and attractions. The view from our room was impressive, especially being able to observe the national rugby team practicing at Albert Park. The service was commendable, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We appreciated the ongoing renovations, although they did cause some inconveniences. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and satisfactory experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, close to city center. Upgraded to a terrific suite. Great room, cool pool, and great spa. Exceptional view and comfort. General manager provided great customer service. Receptionist was professional and efficient.

My children wanted more outdoor play areas near the hotel.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely brilliant! I've stayed there many times and each time they go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The best part of my recent stay was being upgraded to an executive suite, which was absolutely mind-blowing. The room was spacious, clean, and had a jaw-dropping view of the harbor. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is easily accessible and there is plenty of free parking available. The pool area is super cool and perfect for relaxing. The bar and food options are okay, and the buffet breakfast included in the stay is fantastic, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The air conditioning in the room was great, providing a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The spa facilities were also great and offered a relaxing experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were flexible, friendly, and understanding. Even though the hotel seemed a bit quiet and there were not many staff around, the ones I interacted with were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.
